pushkar (ajmer) - Bundi?

Does anybody know if there is a bus service from Pushkar(ajmer)to Bundi? This is the only stretch of my route that I seem to be struggleing with. As I am travelling alone I don't really want to be caught out If there is no bus, would a taxi be possible..... any idea on rates?

Yes there are buses from Ajmer to Bundi: the journey takes about 5 hours.

Suggestion - buy yourself a copy of the Footprint India Handbook - it has information like that in it: much better than LP or Rough Guide.

Bundi

Yes there is bus from Ajmer to Bundi. It will go via Nasirabad, Kekdi, Deoli then Bundi.

To hire a car also possible but it will be more expensive for you.
