Does anyone know the price of a new Bullet 350?

I think it's around the 70k mark in Tamil Nadu. Can anyone confirm?
I won't be picking up the 500 again as they've really jumped in price and I don't care for the design changes... Too much flash.

The countdown has begun...

It should be a little above 70K.I love the original bullet but from the touring stand-point, the Electra 5S seems to be a good alternative - it has disc brake (as an option but absolutely critical from the safety angle)5 gears (and not 5 neutrals!) and left side gear shift plus the old cast iron engine so that you get the lovely thump sound -any particular reason not to go for this?

thanks ssg. pretty much the range i figured. one used to be able to check the price on the enfield site but some genius shut it down.

on the different models.... i don't know... i just like them simple with no flashy colors or frills. i've had 2 new plain jane grey 500's but now they've turned owning one into some kind of prestige ego thing with a big hit in price. silly.

the thumping exhaust thing has been stifled in the new bikes by using a longer silencers with more baffels. this has given rise to aftermarket silencers like the goldstar. enfield sells disc brakes that can be added to the stock 350 at the time of purchace so that's where i'll be heading unless someone at enfield offers the old 500.... with a short pipe

happy trails...

And I want to get one too - with a side car so that Nattu (check my avatar) can ride with me, seat belt and all, helmet, bandana and goggles. I am sure he would love the wind in his face, only problem is that he will be drooling with his tongue hanging out

Cheers
