North India Experts - Balvinder Rayat

Hi.

I wondered if anyone had heard of Balvinder Rayat from North India Experts/DREAM INDIA HOLIDAYS before? He gave me a price of 133 000 rupi for 16 nights to Rajesthan and Rantamphore with driver/car/hotel for 4 persons.

He want's me to pay 15% in advance by bank transfer. I would have been more comfortable if I could pay with creditcard through a website or something like that (if I got scammed, I could contact VISA or something). I have spoken with him on the phone had e-mail commmunication many times, and he seems like a trustworthy guy.

Does anyone here have any prior experience with him or his company?

What quality are the hotels?
What type of car?
