Need information on bus services from Delhi to Haridwar, around 1:00/2:00 AM at night

I am planning to reach Haridwar from Delhi by bus. However, due to some restrictions I will be reaching Delhi around 1:00 AM at night. Will there be any bus services available from Delhi to reach Haridwar then?

Normal buses leave ISBT Kashmere Gate No 32 to 35 for Haridwar every 30 minutes from 4.00 PM till 12.30 at night. You will find Deluxe bus service from gate No 41 for Haridwar and Rishikesh which leaves every hour and operate for 24 hours.

Its advisable to go by the deluxe bus due to the bumpy ride. Also avoid touts outside the ISBT office and book directly.

Seems like this is the most recent thread on Delhi - Haridwar bus service - so looking for recent info. Apart from buses departing ISBT at Kashmiri Gate, are there actually any Volvo a/c buses out there plying on a daily basis? Previously i have spotted a good looking Volvo type bus pulling into Haridwar, but don't know the operator and that may have been only in yatra season.

Which may be the best bet for comfort and sober drivers,
