Jaipur local sightseeing / onto Ranthambore / Agra by car

To those of you who have recently travelled to Rajasthan -
What can one expect to pay these days, given fuel price increases, for:
a. taxi from the Jaipur airport into the city?
b. hiring a taxi or car and driver (a/c and non-a/c) for the day for local sightseeing in Jaipur and out to Amber Fort?
c. excursions out to Pushkar or Shekhawati?
d. hiring car and driver from Jaipur to Ranthambore, with an overnight, then onto Agra via Fatephur Sikri?

I'm going in November and am trying to get an idea of what local transport should actually cost.

I've been quoted Rs. 5620 for the Jaipur to Agra trip - all inclusive of fuel and the driver's stipend/overnight fees. Seems like a fair price (cheaper than self rental, and safer to boot).

Costs for local excursions range anywhere from Rs. 1200 for a day's local sightseeing in Jaipur (including pickup at the airport), to Rs. 2950 for a day trip out to the Shekhawati area - same car type.
