India: North to South on a bike!

So this is my 6th trip to India and this time thought I'd look for more of a challenge. Therefore, I'm cycling from Srinagar to Kanyakumari(southern tip) starting in July and finishing in September to raise money for MERLIN(check them out!). I am aware that this is during the monsoon.
Am looking for any other crazy souls who might be interested in joining the ride for some of the way, as the person who was suppoised to come with me had an unfortunate injury to his crown jewels which means he cant cycle. Alternatively, anyone who maybe fancies exploring but isn't up for cycling is welcome to join on the vehicle of their choice.
any advice, questions or general messages of warning feel free to message me!

thanks for the best wishes guys. hi hannah we're cycling along the coast by the time we get level with Bangalore(avoid the western ghats, too much climbing for me). It would probably also be at the end of August we'd be cycling there.
