hitchhike
always if i see the traffic in india
i am wondring how it is possible nothing happen? i think its the respect for everyone i want to learn more about the indian people and drivers is it possible to hitchhike in india ? dit someone ever try? is it safe? what was you experience? please give advice thank you.

I personally have never seen someone hitchhike in India. I've done it a little in other countries, but I wouldn't try it in India. TRansportation is soo cheap as it is. And if you did do it in India, I imagine they would charge you in the end.

Hitch-hiking is not safe in India.
There is little or no respect on the roads --- but there is more co-operation than is apparent to the non-driver. Far from nothing happening, there are many accidents, many serious injuries, and many fatalities.
