Golden Triangle Tour Company for singles
Intrepid Travel were good for me when I was travelling alone - apparently they've started charging a singles supplement on some of their trips though (which I'm disappointed by - they paired up single travellers to share rooms anyway so I can't see why a single traveller should cost more).
