From Himachal to Uttaranchal

Hello,
how to go from Baijnath, Himachal to the Valley of Flowers in Uttaranchal.
What would be the best route by bus? Via Shimla, Dehra Dun or ????

Can try this route by bus:-
Baijnath (himachal) - Delhi (via mandi ) - Rishikesh - Govindaghat (on Hardwar - Badrinath highway )

Palampur - Delhi (545km) - Rishikesh (230km) - Govindaghat (270km)

Baijnath - Mandi - Shimla - Solan - Nahan - Herbertpur - Dehradun - Rishikesh - Valley of Flowers.

There is no need to go as far as Delhi !

For Himachal, I can find everything I need on http://hrtc.nic.in/, the Himachal Road transport corporation website.
Is there anything like this for Uttaranchal?

The site you have referred to is indeed a good one to locate state transport services in H.P. However, for a more comprehensive view of Himachal, there is nothing to beat the state govt.'s official website http://www.hptdc.nic.in

For Uttaranchal, I could get the following link from "Google"

http://ua.nic.in/haridwar/bustime.htm. This shows the time tables of state transport buses leaving Haridwar only. Not very helpful !!
