Deluxe autorickshaw in Delhi

Today on my way to office in the morning I spoted this auto. The notice on it says that one English & one Hindi newspaper, filtered water is provided free. There is an eight inch LCD video terminal for entertainment & a 10% discount for senior citizens & children. Local, STD & ISD calls from a cell phone is also provided at actual billing rate. Before I could note down the phone number the auto turned left towards Gk-I.
A plaque on the rear says that the driver has been honoured by the Chief minister & Transport minister of Delhi.

Sorry, I am searching for that article right now. It was talking about how nice this guy was and he was out to change the other auto rickshaw drivers and encouraging them to do business in an ethical manner by not ripping off the unsuspecting tourist. To my dismay, they said that it was working.
