Delux buses from delhi to ramnagar
Delux buses from delhi to ramnagar
Hello friends
I am travelling with my wife to Corbett on the night of 24th. e have tickets on Ranikhet Express with status as Tatkal Waitlisted 2&3. Tatkal Waitlist is unlikely to get confirmed. The train leaves at 10.40pm.
I would be making an attempt to catch this train. However, if i cant, i would have to travel by bus to Ramnagar. I read in another thread that buses leave Vivek Vihar Bus Terminus in Delhi every half hour till about 9.30pm.
My queries are:
Do we have any deluxe buses to Ramnagar?
Are there any delux/non-delux buses that leave after 11-11.30pm?

Hello!
Did you manage to find a bus service from Ramnagar to Delhi? The train option is available, but i dont really like arriving at a station at 4am.. so we are looking at getting the bus or a taxi. Please let me know what you did on this journey.
Thanks
Anton

Hi
i would strongly advice against the bus ride. There are no deluxe buses..the ones available are the general Roadway buses which are quite horrible, bedies being extremely rash and hence unsafe. i recently had to return from another trip on one of these buses and i thank my lucky stars that i got bak safe!
Taxi is still a better option, though expensive, and tiresome.
Personally, nothing can beat the overnight trains, if u can get them.
i had a booking with a guide (manoj suyal) who came to receive us at the station early morning as part of his services..even if u dont have a guide fixed, its still better to take the train...in case u have a hotel booked, u may ask them if they can fetch u from the station..may be possible at very little cost.
All the best for your trip!
