I found out a bus service from Delhi Airport to Various Punjab cities. Here is the link.

yeah kewl enough? this guys suck ! They operate under the name of Raju Travels aka Indo Canadian. My dad once had to go to New Delhi from Amritsar in one of these Indo Canadians due to some strike of trains (don't remember exactly, I think there was no electricity around Delhi to run the Elecric trains). They charged him Rs 500 - Rs 700 for the most pathetic journey he ever took. The bus stops at Haveli at jallandhar from where a minibus or a tata sumo will carry you inside the jallandhat city. from there, you will board another minibus which will take you to new delhi airport with AC working only when It wants to.
