Darjeeling Jeep Hire
Hello,
Getting to NJP station from Kolkata overnight. I know that the taxi and jeep touts at NJP and Siliguri will try to take us to Darjeeling. Wondering what a reasonable price is for a private jeep to take us from either NJP or Siliguri to Darjeeling. Although a shared jeep would be cheaper, just wondering how much a private jeep would cost. We were thinking about spending the night in Siliguri and taking the toy train the next day, but couldn't find a lot of information about Siliguri and don't know if it would be worthwhile. Also, a jeep by day would probably give us some great views, and we would definitely take the toy train on our way back to NJP station. |
