| Best place to buy a bike-and what sort? Hi there- I'm hoping for some advice on a couple of things- I'm thinking of buying a Bajaj 4 stroke scooter, spending around 10000 rupees- does anyone have any particular recommendations regarding the type or year of manufacture? also, considering that I'll be mostly in Goa would it be best to buy in Delhi and take it on the train or get one in Goa- I have a relative who's resident in Delhi who can register the bike in his name (which is a bonus). I thought that maybe out-of-state number plates would mean possibly getting pulled over by the police more often if I had a Delhi bike in Goa(which would be a pain)? ......if that all makes sense.... any advice would be v v good. one more thing- how long does it take from deciding on a bike, and riding it away? cheers. |
