Bombay taxi fare conversion chart?

Does anyone have a copy of the Bombay taxi fare conversion chart? If you do, could you post it here? This would come in very handy. I would like to memorize it before my next trip!

I found the above to be accurate in the Spring of 2004. If the multiple has changed you'll be able to find out upon arrival (any hotelier or internet kiosk provider will tell you ). That is if you want to be forewarned and so forearmed.

Be aware that some drivers will try for the night time surcharge as soon as the sun goes down. It cannot hurt to agree to no surcharge prior to getting in.
