Agra-Orccha-Khajuraho-Varanasi?
What is the fastest way to do this and what is the most comfortable way?

Private car
I did this trip last year, in May. Did a circle from Varanasi to Khajuraho (about 11 hours by car/non-AC Ambassador) to Orrcha (not far at all) to Agra (about 11 hours) to Mathura (five hours or so) then back to Varanasi (about 15 hours).
The car was great. Could stop (and start) when and where I wanted, and gives you a view of India not seen from the usual train/bus/plane modes of travel.
