Hmm.... "Steve's book on Indian rail travel" has a nice ring to it (Steve At A Glance? Steve's Lesser Bazaars? My Trip With My Baby Trains?)

Undoubtedly I would title my book with the greeting a beggar in Kolkata gave to me one time, "Hello, Money?!" I think it has a nice ring to it.

"Must Be a Cold Day in Hell". My former girlfriend and now wife still has a copy of the email I sent upon exiting India five years ago when I said, "It'll be a cold day in Hell before I ever go back to India". I've been planning my return for about 4 3/4 years and just bought a ticket to return later this year.
