Urdu to English and Hindi Dictionary ?

Can anyone recommend me a good dictionary - from Urdu to English and Hindi? Are there any other special books that serve my purpose explained below.

My purpose: While listening to Old Hindi Film songs [of 1950s, 1960s etc. ... Legends & Sad-songs of so&so etc.] I come across Urdu words I don't know the exact meaning of.

Surprising while I know most of these songs by-heart (from childhood) ... only now, am I listening to & understanding some of the deeply-embedded meanings! (or not understanding in case of some Urdu words

A Dictionary of Urdu, Classical Hindi & English by Platts is a good one. There is an online version too! Although you'll need a unicode font generator for the Devanagari & Persian-arabic scripts. Don't know if it exactly what you are looking for but it is a start anyway:

Thanks PeakXV. The above does seem to be an interesting Site. In fact a Google Search [urdu english hindi dictionary] revealed many (thousands) more interesting sites. Some even specific to Movie Lyrics! Still evaluating all that.

Still, if anybody knows of a good printed (hard-copy) dictionary, would be interested in buying that .... KS
