Queen.
Greatest Hits, double CD sets. Both of them, because there are days when the only thing that makes me brave enough to wash dishes is Freddie Mercury. A lot of Freddie Mercury. ![]() |

99 Problems/ Points of Authority, Jay Z feat Linkin Park.
Get Back, Ludacris feat Sum 41. Quote:
Ignite, Yes, those two songs stand out from that Album. Timbaland is more of a producer and less of a rapper. That song is really cool, though. As for Kanye's attitude, He did say once that if the Bible was re-written in this day and age, then he should be mentioned in it! I found that funny. ![]() |

Today I went to the new (& very awesome) French bakery in our town and was reminded of a French pop phase I went through in high school, so I found a Paris radio station streaming online. --Altho after a couple of songs, remembered that it was only a phase...

Batistuta, its true that Timbaland is more of a producer than a rapper, but if i had a choice between listening to kanyes rap over timbalands beats, I would choose Timbaland beats any day. Ofcourse i'd much rather listen to both, but in case if i had to choose, i'd just stick to straight music by Timbaland.
BTW, I read your comment about my quote by MJ on the other thread. Do you follow the NBA?

Wires, Athlete. Great song.
One Mic, Nas. Best rapper around Ignite, Yes, I do follow basketball. I see that you are Lakers fan. Nice mugging of the jazz today, in their own backyard. Impressive. I think they are building another dynasty. Odom is a matchup Nightmare for most teams, as are the other players. Then, they have Kobe, the game's most singular talent. I was a fan of the Phoenix suns, now they have changed their philosophy, love the warriors and the Hornets ( Chris paul must be the season mvp, imho). I Do think that the Celtics will win this year, if their stars stay healthy. They have something going there. Yeah, guess you can call me a basketball fan. ![]() |

Batistuta, good choice on not sticking with the suns anymore, i mean who in their right mind trades Shawn Marion for Shaq?
I'm not sure if the celtics will win this season, but I do think they will go to the finals, because they're the best team in the east coast right now. I really think its going to come down to Lakers vs. Celtics, and Lakers have an advatange over the celtics once Andrew Bynum heals his knee injury, and gets back into training. And you're right about the dynasty. I mean just look at the line up, Kobe Bryant, Lamar Odom, Derek Fisher, Pau Gasol, Andrew Bynum. I think I see another three championships coming up in a row ![]() |

nicely put!Oh, Puchoo, saw your neighborhood mentioned in a NYT article on New Delhi today. Of course, they also mentioned 'vodka gol gappa'... not sure if that is a happy fusion or a travesty, though.Ignite & Batistuta, I was going to chime in with "Go Sonics", but since I haven't been paying attention, looked at their stats. Ummm, nevermind. Lucky for us there's Miami.Right, music. OK: Kholo Kholo from Taare Zameen Par, a film I've not yet seen. I like the song, and the singer's voice quite a bit. In my relatively limited experience, it's not usual Hindi film song fare, what with the acoustic guitar and pacing. |

Vodka golgappa..... have tried them personally , dont like it, and quite frankly in my opinion it is a travesty but before it hit the food circuit of Delhi it was something offered in a lot of places in Chandigarh etc as well....so maybe it a natural eveolution..with people not feeling very safe about the water being used...vodka was one way to ensure no germs go around!! Trijntje Oosterhuis sings Burt Bacharach (I must be getting old; she's good though).
