i've got the iTunes on random today as i have a three-day weekend and am lazily surfing the web from home today rather than the usual workplace "time pass" (thanks, CH, for that new expression!).

last song was the Velvet Underground's "Heroin". Now it's Beyonce & Shakira - "Beatiful Liar". wonder what's next?

maybe it's the proper amount of sleep talking, but you've gotta love a program that allows you to listen to that juxtaposition of musical styles...

That is an amazing co-incidence Captain. 3 Doors down is a great band , I like Krytonite too , but My fav three doors down song would be 'Here without you' . I wonder when they will come out with a new record.

"when I'm gone' is also good.

when I first heard about them, I thought they would be a poor man's Doors. Very few bands can be as good as The Doors, but these guys arent bad at all

19 cds + mp3s later ...........

Recently came back from my slight sojourn to India - managed to purchase 19 cds / mp3s.

One of the tunes that’s not left the music *station* has been .

Abida Parveen - Bulle Noon Sam Haven - from CD - Hazrat Shah Hussain - this is a *killer*

When time permits will post the purchases at a later point.

Rewind, Abida

Peace n Love -. mm56

Maestros - Pandit Ravi shankar, Vol 1. The Rich sound of music emanating from the Sitar is mesmerizing .
