I heard Pandit Ravindra Goswani, sitar, and Ramchandra Pandit, tabla, last night at Smith College here in Massachusetts and they were terrific!

My more knowledgeable friend said they belong to the Maihar Ghrana (school), where the sitar's strings are looser, and that Goswani had very good technique and was very imaginative. They call themselves "Spirit of Banaras."
I asked one of the organizers of their 2005 USA tour for a schedule, and got back a somewhat vague itinerary for them, which I include below, for those of you in the US who might be interested. That's the best I can do, sorry. For more precise information, I maybe you can look at calendars in your area as time approaches, or try Google.
