Music
Went to nightclub in Goa last year, played the kind
of music your referring to.
Boom,Boom,- Boom Boom Boom.
Did my head in after about half an hour, had to
retreat to rooftop, the Old Monk Rum compensated
adequately.
The guys I was with from Denmark,Loved it.

- An Indian and I REALLY have no idea what genre of music is DOOF... err maybe I am old or an overqualified Doofus
.
Trance- too repetitive! It gets onto my nerves...the psychedelic effect is definitely NOT something I enjoy.
DANCE Music- if rock, pop , hip-hop classify under this category, then yes, I listen, enjoy and love to shake a leg (read two left feet) on them, for hours together...
Where is the party tonight?

Smile -- it makes people wonder what you're up to
vandy and amyth..
you senior members are just a couple ole party animals! we'll have to head up to bangalore, some time.
i went to a 2 day dance party and had to leave at 11 o'clock the day after the first night. mind you i danced all that first night and had a ball.
doof is the sound of the repetitive music, doof..doof..doof!!!the 3 categories describe the same music as i have heard it labelled in many ways. it is okay when one chooses to hear it but i would never go to a place where it would be unavoidable. that is why i am curious because a lot of indian people would have this music imposed on them when dance parties are held.
i thought it had gone out of fashion because when i first went to dance parties it would have been over 15 years ago and deejays
came to byron bay in australia and played, supposed "chakra music" it was great fun for a night, here and there, but a 48 hour stint would be TOOOOOOO MUCH!!!
have fun guys
