hadn't been to see a bollywood film in years (here in the south they are a rare commodity). so when in jaipur recently, treated myself to a new multi-starrer with rani mukerji in the lead (had never seen her in a film before - just the odd clip and interviews on cable tv). wow - this is a slick, well-made film with amazing performances - liked it from start to finish.

now i want my non-hindi speaking partner to see it. do these films get released on dvd with english subtitles? since it has just been released, i guess it will be a while before this happens? anyone have any idea about matters bollywood?

You can have DVD with English subtitles. But just now only the duplicate ones are in the market. The original is not released.
