here goes, in no part order...
Tourist - Saint Germain
Fat of the land - The Prodigy All this time - Sting Greatest hits II - Queen US - Peter Gabriel Good news from the next world - Simple Minds Recurring dream - Crowded House Older - George Michael Supernatural - Santana All that you can't leave behind - U2 (in fact MOST of U2's albums) And although A LOT of music released nowadays is mindless, manufactured, vapid smeg aimed at no-taste teenies I don't think it's fair to label it all crap. |

help !
I am now confused on reading other's lists, I am reminded of other favourites and want to alter my original top 10!!
I am sure that 10 disc's only is too limiting. |

I'll give it a go-
Beatles - Abbey Road Stones - Exile on Main Street Monkees - Head Captain Beefheart - Trout Mask Replica Johnny Cash - Best of Dharma Dollies - God on a Silver Platter Taj Mahal - Natch'l Blues Rod Stewart - Every Picture Tells a Story Led Zeppelin - Physical Grafitti Aztec Two Step - First LP with Sly and the Family Stone Best of as a bonus pic. Guess I'm getin' old too. There is new stuff I like, but on an island, I'm stickin' with what made me.

Mmm, 10 is very tricky. Of course, with an MP3-CD player, you can fit a lot of albums on 10 discs, but I suspect that's cheating.
Off the top of my head, Air - Moon Safari Orbital - Insides Nick Cave - Best of Leonard Cohen - Best of (I just can't make a decision, can I? Are "best ofs" even allowed?) Mozart - Requiem Tom Waits - Closing Time Bach - Brandenburg Concertos Massive Attack - Protection Kid Loco - A Grand Love Affair Lacienda Honduras - Armaggedon But I know if I could just look at my CDs, this'd be a totally different list. |
