Gandhi exhibit in Amersfoort (NL)
Not sure where to put this, seems a little too local for the news section. I'm still in favor of an international "events" section or something. Anyway for Dutch visitors:
http://www.indymedia.nl/en/2005/08/29711.shtml The "Weggeefwinkel" (give-it-away shop) in Amersfoort hosts a free exhibition on Gandhi in the month of August, hosted by the Museum for Peace and Non-Violence. The shop celebrates its 2nd anniversary this August. Its motto has always been "there is enough to go around for everyone's needs but not for everyone's greed," based on one of Gandhi's sayings. Gandhi is a continued inspiration for many of the shop's volunteers and hence this exhibit, which is of course entirely free! The shop opens on Saturdays from 13 till 17:00 o'clock.
