I think this is the time for almost all the major cities. Which ones you preffer?

Hmm i found out the major event is
"37th International Film Festival of India" is on 23 November 2006 - 3 December 2006, Goa http://www.iffi.nic.in/ |

Do anybody have any idea how it will be in Kerala? or kolkata?
I am not asking just the dates. which one having more veriety(it depends on my style right haha..) |
