I just wanted to know what kind of entertainment can I expect when I visit india next year. Besides clubbing and books and movies etc what else is there.

I heard that there are cultural show?

Where can we expect to see these and how one books them and how much in advance.

One tour, I think the golden triangle tour offered a cultural evening. Something like that is what I am looking for.

Well..these events depends on the time of the year..so you ahve to check the local listings for the entire list..and members can definitely tell you about some of them..

If you want you can enjoy the shows running in local theatres in Delhi. Check out the local News Papers (times of India) & (Hindustan Times)where the schedule would be given. Pick the one which attracts your attention and reach the auditorium few hours before and get the tickets. If you are getting the tour organised by a tour operator he can be helpful in this regard.


At Jaipur there are various cultural festivals held and if your travel dates fall within the festival dates then Hey you could be the lucky one
