download Indian music?

Does any know a website from where you can download Indian music? Preferably not only Hindi pop, but also classical music or folk music? And is it true that on the indiamike download site, the audio files category is empty? Or do I make a mistake?

I am ESPECIALLY interested in Rajasthani traditional music.

I have got over 100 mp3's all from Kazaa,including classical,raga,devotional and dare I say it Hindi Pop,they have some pretty cool DJ'S. Hope you have some luck with that.

there's a whole binary newsgroup dedicated to indian music and bollywood music (mp3's to download) on usenet, also on irc there are a couple of #channels who serve complete bollywood movies and music

to access usenet you need a binary newsgroup reader, search on tucows

ask your local isp what the adress to his news server is, otherwise get an account at www.newsfeed.com (for example, lots of provider's out there like that)

for irc you need an irc client, but this is a lil difficult if you never used it
