Desi Music Shops in London?

I'm going to be in London for the next few days, and wonder if anyone knows of any good desi music shops? I'm really into the British-Asian music scene (particularly bhangra and the kind of hip-hop & r'n'b fusion stuff) and would love to get some new music. I bought a couple of excellent CDs at the Edinburgh Mela (DJ Vix and DJ Sanj) but don't know where to buy anything similar. Any suggestions?

I'll probably be in and around Brick Lane at some point, so suggestions for good restaurants would also be appreciated! Thanks! (and sorry this is somewhat OT)

What area will you be staying in? You'll also find shops in Ealing Road, Wembley and in Green Street that sell this kind of rubbis.... err, music

Along with Southall, that's got West, North and East London covered

Also probably Tooting, for South London.

There are a couple of Bangladeshi music shops in Brick Lane, they should satisfy your music tastes, BUT dont be tempted to try the restaurants, they are for the lager louts and tourists.

A much better restaurant is Tayyabs in Fieldgate street Whitechapel, it is only a 3 minute walk from the bottom of Brick Lane.

At the bottom of Brick Lane turn left, walk along untill you see the Mosque, Fieldgate Street runs behind the Mosque.
