Wayanad in July
Hi,
I am planning to visit Wayanad this Friday (July 24th) with my friends. But few of my frineds are NOT suggesting this. They are saying rainy season is not good for wayand - kindly suggest. Is there any other place to visit near Banaglore (within 300 Kms range)? ![]() Mod Note: Your duplicate post in a different forum has been deleted! |

not the best time of year for wayanad, true. it's worth a longer trip as well, so i'd suggest leave it till at least early september (onam is on 2nd sept, you might want to keep that in mind).
there's plenty of places closer to bangalore that are fun. off the cuff, the shivasamudram falls - gaganachukki and barachukki - about three hours from bangalore and an hour off mysore. they should be good this time of year, and close enough to take a call on the weather. |
