Verifing companies in Bangalore- are they legit?

Is there anyone who knows of a way to verify a company in Bangalore? How long it has been in business, number of employees, etc.? The job opening is for teaching english communication skills and technical writing at the Dell Tech Center in Bangalore, it is outsourced to the company I want to check on. I am trying to get to India Jan '05. This is a GREAT site - have leared more in two days here than in two weeks anywhere else. thanks!!!!

You should be able to do that at the business registry in Bangalore. This might cost you some money and take a few days but it should give you all the info you need. You will have to do this in person though and not online. As far as I know this is the only way to check on any business other than hiring a PI.

I have a lot of friends working in Dell Bangalore. I realise it is a very large organisation with neumerous divisions and people of one division don't know much about the other... but it should not be that difficult to find out. If you can give me the exact name of the organisation, the address and any contact no. i can find out for you. I am assuming you have these info since you have been offered the job. From what you have written it seems to be Dell's call center division. Tell me the details and let me see if I can help you. You could also try searching
