Is there a Tourist train booking office in Bagalore station like there is in delhi?If not how do you get tourist quota?
There will be a window that sells tourist Quota, just ask where it is.
It'll be the desk where there will actually be a queue formed with no pushing and only one person talking to assistant behind the desk and not about 6 all trying to push their reservation forms in

Most tech savy people do it online at http://www.irctc.co.in/
5 days before the journey date.. fresh tickets are available
under the Tatkal scheme..
