In 3- 4 four months a full animation course, I am not sure. Once my father brought a book which claimed in 1 month learn congo, bango and table(indian musical instruments). sounds too good, check with the course contents. Also, for your accomodation you may try Ganga Nagar, Hebbal, Vasanth Nagar, or even RT nagar. However, if you have your own vehicle you can even try Yehlanka.
