I too was looking for the same. Heard that St. Joseph's College has evening classes or something, but haven't checked it out yet.

HEY Guyz,

I was goin to this institue earlier n trust me it was pathetic. I wasted 3000 bucks. My sincere advice would be not even to step into the institute.

Thats a good input...

I suggest that while asking for information, you also write about your misadventures so that others can be forwarned from your experiences. Did you try any other institute / teacher before ?

I have a freind studying mandarin in this institute, and she is gung ho about the place. But a native chinese friend of mine is not really impressed by the teaching Point to ponder !!!

The Instituto Hispania was recommended to me by a foreign language teacher:

Probably Instituto Hispania is the best option. At least seems to be associated with Instituto Cervantes, Which depends of the Spanish Ministry of Education.

st joseph's does not conduct the classes.
the classes are/were [?] conducted by instuto hispania and they were/are using the st joseph's campus.
the institute used [?] to have an office in the 'Lords' building in st marks road.

as jorge has posted - they are connected directly to the spanish ministry of education.

Thumbs down Ministry of education

who says they (Instituto Hispania) are connected to spanish ministry of education. It's false. I know it because I know about Spain, Spanish and govt. of Spain.

Let me say the truth :
They are a private institution. and their sole purpose is just to make money. Ask anyone who has studied there, for each and everything they charge huge amount. if you miss a class, you need to pay Rs. 500 per hour, for batch transfer, they charge 1000 Rs, they sell books and dictionaries as well.

they have no connection with Govt.of Spain or any govermental organisation, not even instituto cervantes.

If you need any further information, you are free to write me :
