Renting a moped in Bangalore

I have lived in India in 1970, 2004. Usually I bus it, or autorickshaw it around the cities, but in 2004 I rented a moped for several days in Goa, and went the length of the coastal area there as well as Margoa and it's crazy traffic. I know all the dangers of this form of travel, but I like the freedom and relative cheapness and open air quality of it all. Question: Does anyone know where one could rent mopeds in Bangalore? Roughly how much a day?

Second question: Does anyone know where you could rent a bicycle in Bangalore?

When I say in Bangalore, I mean near MG road, or near Brigade Rd.

Last question: Does anyone know where you could get a good surge protector to handle major spikes of electricity, particularly with a delicate CPAP machine(blows air down your throat to keep passage open-helping against sleep apnea)?
