Renting a car for a month- self drive

Hello folks,

Does anyone have an idea,whether one can get a car for a month on rent to drive on self basis. something like, you pay a rent for a month and rest (fuel and other stuff) on yourself.

something what happens in Goa, but ofcourse that happens for a very short duration.

I am looking for a a duration of month and especially the economical ones.

you can get it from travel dealers,but they gona ask your passport or maybe some advance i guess..otherwise you should be a known person.
i have hired a car in kerala and goa,but not sure about bangalore.
anybody got any idea? plz help..

http://www.avis.co.in/ they provide cars on selfdrive ...

i also need some to hire like this for a day or week.
is it possible in delhi.why not some uneconomical models also for me.(if foa day or two)

Such facilities are lesser in bangalore, However there are some agencies who rent out cars. India Travel House is one of them.
they would need your DL copy and a Small Deposit.
