IF your train reaches on time. Worth remembering that the Telangana region in AP is seeing a lot of trains cancelled/suspended/diverted. Hope your trains is not one of those affected.
IF your train reaches on time. Should be OK to reach in an hour.

Traffic at that time will be relatively low. However, depending on your trains travelling route, if it is likely to pass through Cantonment station, it might be a better idea for you to get out at Cantonment station and take an auto to majestic.
BTW, is your bus a KSRTC bus or a private bus ? If it is a private bus, it is possible that depending on the direction of travel they may give you an alternate pickup point as well.

Had gone on a short business trip to Bangalore and tried this taxi service called Yourcabs. They seem to have an online booking too. (www.yourcabs.com ). Found their service to be good. You could give them a try.

i had used meru in bangalore a few times & in all cases the payment was as per meter against the receipt. of course a roundup to next 10 rs is expected & seems acceptable to both parties...interestingly, meru (& other taxi/auto) in mumbai will usually fish out the change in coins unless you tell them to 'keep the change', but in other places (blr, hyd, chn, del), change will not some out & they expect round up by default... not sure if it is a cultural thing
Recently I had an official trip to Bangalore. I used Meru can. I found their drivers and service just awesome. But whatever cab it is Bangalore traffic tame every cab.
Last week i took "fast track" .... from cantonment to Udayanagar (near KR Puram) 15km, i found these poeple are reasonable.
They Minimum 10km for Rs. 175.- and there after 15/- per kilometer.
Last month (when we were back from Goa) we took cab from Bangalore city railway station to my house, almost same distance - the normal cab person who wait outside, being bangalorean we end-up paying, Rs. 450/ plus extra Rs. 25/- because he told it is too inside. so never take cab which is standing outside please.

I have used Garden City cabs three times and always had good experience. Always on time and very professional. Drivers are also very courteous. And i have found their rates cheaper when i did comparison around a year ago.. not sure if it is true now
