Monsoon Getaway from Bangalore?
Monsoon Getaway from Bangalore?
Hi! We're planning to take a short 3-4 days trip from Bangalore to a quiet place nearby. We're four adults and a dog
We had decided on Wayanad but it's pouring crazy over there from what I've heard. So, now we're looking for some alternatives - not Ooty, Kodaikanal, Coorg or Chikamagalur. Any other places? Preferably under 6hours of driving time because we'll be taking our dog along and he won't be very comfortable with long distances.
Thanks

I suppose coorg and chickmagalur will also be raining, most probably even kodai but i am not sure about ooty.
Almost all west coast area's right from goa to trivandram and western ghats will be raining now.

You can explore Hampi.. Wonderful place and now the climate will be cool..
Hi ninabanana,
Did you finalize any place? I am also planning to visit bangalore from 12-25 July and wish to head out somewhere for a good 5-6 day vacation. Prefer the hills and beaches, but somewhere where there isn't incessant rains...
Please let me know if you get some leads..
Thanks,
