Good quality massages in Bangalore ?

Desperately needing a massage for my tight, sore muscles.
Are there any good massage therapists who're experienced in soothing my poor muscles? I need recommendations, be it house-calls or centres

And of course, I'm a female looking for a fellow female masseur.

Thanks!

I've never been there for a massage but folks swear by Cocoon in Whitefield for Swedish deep-tissue massage. It's right on the main road (west side) in a white house, between the center of Whitefield and the Hope Farms crossing.

My wife likes the pedicure/manicure there.

Whitefield's some distance away...but I could give it some considering. ANy idea what're the charges for their Swedish massage? I think deep tissue's just what I need. I have enough knots in my shoulders to give the Boy Scouts a run for their money *lol*

^i'm pretty sure it's for men as well. but chk the website and call the centre closest to you to confirm.

and they use oil liberally...more than any place i've been to.. so for the more modest amongst u, make sure u take along a change of clothing..

ayush massages are awesome, when they chuck u into the steam room post massage, u actually feel like you're melting, the toxins are all being washed away!

Its part of HLL group or HUL as they call themselves, though most of the centres are run by franchises

Here's to my experience with massages. Went to one called Asian Woman in Koramangala. For those who haven't been there, the environment's really top-class, very international. None of the dingy, dirty kind. I stepped into it impressed. There's a very Bali-resort feel to it, and it's a relatively large space which provides not only massages but also nail & hair services.

I got my basic massage for Rs1200 w/o tax. But whilst the environment was super, I'd have to say the therapist's skills weren't enough for me. She did an "ok" job, but I've had better. However if it's just for a relaxing experience, then this is fine, because I admitted that I dozed off during the massage. I was actually having pretty sore muscles and hoped for something more substantial..but oh well.

Probably give Ayush a try next...

Body Massage

I went to Ayush once and was not impressed. They are good, however may not be for everyone, as I am not too much into dripping with oil. They literally drip you into the oil. Anyway, I am on the lookout for a decent and highclass massage place for men. Asian Women is only for women. Any information will be useful. And I prefer a female massage therapist.

Thanks,
Manu.
