Good place to dance!

Hey there!

I know I am sounding picky here but I want to know if anyone can recommend a good dance club. My friend and I tried Fusion Lounge which was OK but didn't really like the music. I am looking for more techno music and proper DJ's etc. I am 36 so nothing too young either... those days have gone! But I love going out dancing so looking for somewhere not too young and not too sleezy and it has to be safe!

Could anyone also suggest any good hangouts where travelers go and hangout beforehand? I have been here 3 months already and haven't been out much as I don't drink but am starting to get cabin fever and need to go out dancing!

Thanks!

My top picks

Dancing Place:
F- Bar: 2, St. Marks Road (09886069660)

Hangout Place:
Casa De Sol: 3rd Floor, Devatha Plaza, Residency Road, , Richmond Town, (080 41510101‎)

Since the two places are not so far away from each other one can chillax, hit some quick shooters at Casa De Sol and walk down to F-Bar.
Casa De Sol also provides a good parking space to park a vehicle and move around on foot.
Also, the two places are safe and yet cool.

Cheers
Sid
p.s: Nero club is same as f-bar, so dont get confused if u find a NERO written on top of a building and not F-bar.

Hey there and thank you!

Now I have too many to choose from! Ha! What would you suggest to be the best place for people around my own age, travellers and also some good English music? I want proper loud DJ music (laser lights would be a bonus)! I am 36 so don't want anywhere too young and cheesy! No offense of course but I don't want to stand out like a granny! Lol

I don't actually drink so I want to go for the dancing, not the cocktails!

Thanks again everyone!

This is a collection of websites for nightlife & related stuff in various major cities, that both seems to get good reviews here, and looks fine to me indeed from whenever I've checked: http://bangalore.burrp.com/. (If anyone's in touch with them, they should really please get up one main page to link to, that would then link on to all the others... As it is, one can only link on to their separate sites.)

Time Out is also a good magazine cum website for various cities, their magazine can normally be not expensively picked up at numerous newsstands in the cities in question; and happily, I see now they have a Bengaluru edition as well: http://www.timeoutbangalore.com/.

Hi Freebirdnz,
You didnot mention that you are looking for dance club in which city but as you mentioned in your note that" My friend and I tried Fusion Lounge " so it seems that you are talking about Fusion Lounge in Noida. If yes then for Noida another night club is Elevate. And in Delhi(Nearby Noida) clubs like Capitol,Fbar are good.
Thanks,
Gaurav

Send a message via Yahoo to g25_wheel
Check out Athenas, thats in the Leela Palace Hotel. Expect a youngish crowd in most of the clubs.
P.S Not hinting that you are old
