Can anyone give me the address where i can buy Flex seeds in Bangalore.

What is flex seed? From a quick search, could these be flax seeds?

Flex seed oil is also known as linseed oil apparently....(according to google...)

Flax seeds are also called “akshi” in local language, Kannada and is also used in making chutney in India. Flaxseeds are called as “akshi” in Kannada, “jawas” in Marathi and “alsi” in Hindi. Ask for these in neighborhood health/general store and you might find it.

Flex vs Flax. There is seems to be general confusion. Both have been widely used for refreing to same seed.

Available in most of the supermarkets. Try Nilgiris, MK Retail, MK Ahmed supermarkets.
