Elections this weekend
Hello
Does anyone know what is happening this weekend, I got a text message from 100ft Boutique saying they are closed during the elections but providing home delivery, Bombay post is closed till Sunday. There will be no alchohol served anywhere. Will any restaurants be open? Thanks Nicky  |

Nicky,
As the Karnataka state elections is on May 10th (Phase I Which covers Bangalore, Mysore etc), election commission issued a notification that all Pubs/ wine Shops etc in the phase I constituencies will be asked to shut down from May7th EOD to May 12th EOD. Restaurants , For sure it will be open (Except that in case any tension builds up)!. Hope this Helps. |
