Question DSLR Camera in Bangalore

Hiiiiiiii....I am Abhijit from Guwahati, Assam, very new to this site.
A computer Network Engineer but very much interested in still photography.
I m going to Bangalore on 7th April nd will reach der on 9th April.
I want to buy a good DSLR Camera with Zoom Lenses and Digital Point & Shoot Camera (Nikon, Canon, Sony)there.
Can anyone tell me that where can I find these stuffs at low rates(Comparing to the official price) in Bangalore? Is there any grey market in Bangalore where I can buy these? If yes then any contacts or address?

I hope some good replies

Thanks in advance

Hi Abhijit, Welcome to IndiaMike!

Please could you write out your words in full, and avoid abbreviations such as ne1, dis or der, so that everyone can understand what you are asking. (Oh, and there's no need to write in bold - we can read just as well without it!)

Enjoy the site, and I expect someone will be along shortly who can reply to your questions

Is it a grey market or what? How much a Nikon D90 will cost there? What about other models? (Means options)

I read in today newspaper that over 50% of DSLR camera sales in India are on the grey market. Staggering, eh?

Apparently only 20% of consumer cameras are.

Thanks Rajered.

I know about Fotocircle. Jayesh Mehta is related to J J Mehta, Mumbai. Does he sell lower than the normal price? Or he sells without warranty?

I would also recommend Jayesh. His price is lower than that of J J Mehta. He sells both with and without warranty.
