Bangalore: Hiking this weekend?

I am new to Bangalore and am thinking of going out hiking/trekking this coming weekend (24/25 Nov). Anyone care to join? Or any folks going who I can join? So far I am thinking Nandi hills but thats mostly due to my lack of knowledge of anything else. Did pick up the Outlook travellers 52 weekend getaways frm bangalore but a quick look didnt reveal anything intersting within 2 hrs. Am open to other outdoor activities as well..

You have to get in touch with 'Capture Treks' and 'Get off your ass'. These are adventure organising companies in Bangalore.

They have websites. Google for them and you should be able to get the information.

Sign up for their weekend treks, and you would make some friends. You can form your own group later and go along with them.
