Ayurveda spas near Bangalore - help needed to decide!

Hi

I am trying to decide between Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre, Soukya and Ayurvedagram for an approx 5 day stay in August. I will be going by myself (female) so am keen for somewhere that is very secure. I would really like to hear from anyone who has been to any of the above.

Many thanks!

Hi, I tried looking up Nature Cure in Jayanagar online but a number of different listings came up. Please mention the street address if possible or phone number, thanks very much

I would advise going kerala and do this provided you have the time in hand It's everything artificial out here in Bangalore. Please don't vouch me as a guy promoting Kerala ayurvedic tourism

Hi Addis,

Try Jindal Naturopathy or Art of Living foundation (3 days) course! Both are safe & economical in my opinion!
