Ayurveda spas near Bangalore - help needed to decide!
Hi
I am trying to decide between Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre, Soukya and Ayurvedagram for an approx 5 day stay in August. I will be going by myself (female) so am keen for somewhere that is very secure. I would really like to hear from anyone who has been to any of the above. Many thanks! |

Hi Addis,
Try Jindal Naturopathy or Art of Living foundation (3 days) course! Both are safe & economical in my opinion! Jay |
