Decathlon on Sarjapur Road. Planet Sports in any of the malls will also stock. Try Players Choice near Majestic also. (its on Chatram Road).

Decathlon is a good choice as Siva mentioned....but you need to be a member.
Apart from that, Hatrick Sports and Olympic Sports near Tribuhavan theatre in Majestic area.
