Assam - Arunachal Road Trip in December...Travel Partners?

A friend and myself from Bangalore are doing a road trip (hiring a Tata Sumo) from December 11th to the 23rd. The places we have in mind are Guwahati - Tawang - Itanagar - Kaziranga National Park - Majuli - Guwahati (ok, the Majuli part will not quite be a "road" trip). We are reaching Guwahati from Bangalore on the 10th of December. Major costs I guess will be the vehicle and accomodation/food (budget, nothing fancy).If someone is intersted to join us, please do send me a PM.

Where are you hiring the Sumo from? Do you have the details of the tour operator and costs incurred for hiring it?

Me and Albatross (post-2) will be in that part of the country during the same time. We are ready to join for Tawang sector. you may find our itinerary in the thread " Any one for Arunachal Pradesh in December -2011". We are all set for our trip. Though it's a budget trip, for Tawang sector we are ready to spend a bit extra. If you are interested, let us know for further discussion.
