Weather in september in Hyderabad

Hello! Could anybody tell me how the weather is like in Hyderabad in september? Is it raining a lot? And are there tourists around in this time of the year?
Hope somebody can help me out!

There are few tourists in Hyderabad at any time. I can't recall even seeing more than several over the years. But, I don't tend to be on the circuit as much as most forens and I tend to go to less well known sites when I do. Actually talked to one expat while there and met a tourist on a local rail line (we later travelled together). August-September is not usually much rain. However, the weather is unpredictable and once had a change in plans due to a washout of a rail line. We have several twin cities residents who can answer this much better than I..

well, i can't - i second edwardseco. there are never really that many tourists in hyderabad. i've lived here for more than 6 months and i rarely see any westerners. (then again, this is probably at least partly because of where i live and go...)

september in hyderabad is as good a time of year as any (and mighty better than some, like may). like edwardseco said, there might be rain or there might not. but showers don't last for that long, so it shouldn't be that big of a problem either way.

enjoy your visit!

I'll third that. Hyderabad is pretty much off the usual tourist track. That said, I saw these exotic creatures last weekend. (Bonus points to any Hyderabadi who can identify the location.)

Extenuating circumstances! Was waiting for the full pic to load, and pressed the buzzer too soon.

Now back and waiting again. Will revert.

Hyderabad weather will be very pleasant - the monsoons will be almost over, maybe an odd shower. I was there at that time 3 years ago. Temperatures will not be too hot (say 28C rather than 42C).

I am sure you will have fun.

Cheers

Weather is at its blissful best (if something like that exists in Hyderabad, well its all relative) in September. It will be hot, well quite hot actually. The rains are over in Aug and you may not see any rain at all during Sep. Though there are tourists here and there, you will not bump into them all the time.

zorts... too busy looking at the "exotic creatures", when I do get some time off from it, I will try and identify the "body of water"
