Tirupathi Darshan

I am planning a trip to Tirupathi with my family group of 10 members. My grandma (aged 75) and my uncle suffering back problem because of disk prolpase (he cannot walk or stand continuously for more than 5 minutes) also accompanying with us. I heard that there are special darshans for aged people and people suffering from severe illness. What are the provisions to avail this facility.

Yes, there are special dharshans for aged and disabled folks. Its called Madhwaram Dharshan. This dharshan is not on all the days. Some specific days this is canceled. For example, Coming saturday 28th November is Vaikunta Yekadasi and you can be sure that this dharshan is cancelled on that day.

Its being discussed by the TTD Board that Maha Lagu Dharisanam (Pilgrims turned away near Ajayan and Vijayan Statues) should be stopped as pilgrims are very unhappy.
