We will be flying from ahemdabad to Hydersbad
Dec 14 Hyderabad
Dec 15 Hederabad
Dec 16 Chennai( Air)
Dec 17 Chennai
Dec 18 Chennai
Dec 19 Madurai ( Air)
Dec 20 Rameshvaram
Dec 19 Madurai to Mumbai (Air)

Please review our plan and help us how to plan each day
Tirupati, Mahalaxmi temple and Rameshvaram must be included.
Idea is to rent a car in Chennai and drive to Tirupati
also rent car at Madurai and drive to Rameshvaram.
Need place to stay in Madurai or Rameshvaram. Please also help with car rental.
Hotel are already booked in Chennai and Hyderabad.
Pleas help us plan the day. we are two couple

we are vegitarian Gujarati.

You can search for hotels in each place here on IM. It depends a lot on budget. Rameswaram, I believe, has a Gujarati guest house run by Gujarati State government just for pilgrims.

Hi vandrar,
I advice you take a package trip to tirupati by apstdc as you can be sure of darshan in tirupati and from chennai you can do a days trip to vellore (Lakshmi temple) and kanchipuram.
Madurai has got very good hotel to suit any budget.
You can do madurai-rameshwaram-madurai in one day.
Let us know your date of arrival and your budget for hotels.

There is only one flight from Madurai to Mumbai at 2PM so we do not have amy other choice but stay two night in madurai area.
How about car rental at Madurai and Chennai? and visit to Tirupati. If we go there and miss Darshan, it will break our heart. I can book seat in AC bus from Chennai online however, they says that that having our own transport will be better but then there is issue with Darshan

Hi,
The main problem you will be facing in tirupati will be the darshan and no one can be sure about the timings.
Taxis in madurai will start from 1800/= for indica and in chennai brs prasad knows a reliable guy and many of the member has used his services.
